Letterhead, envelopes, and business cards often serve as the first graphic representation of the university to a variety of audiences.
A stationery package has been developed for use by all departments. By using the standardized formats shown here, every campus, college, school, department, and unit can show its proper affiliation to the university.
It is expected that all university business will be conducted on official university letterhead. To maintain a consistent graphic identity, the SVSU Graphics Center should produce all stationery. Individual departments may not create their own stationery or identification materials apart from the official system shown in this standards guide. For exceptions to this policy, contact University Communications .
