Isabella Boscaglia is a second year student at Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU) majoring in Marketing. Isabella is a 2015 graduate of Merritt Academy, located in New Haven, Michigan. She chose SVSU because of how beautiful the campus was, the small class sizes, and the great scholarship opportunities.
Growing up, Isabella wanted to be a teacher; however, once she got to college she realized teaching was not for her. In five years, Isabella sees herself having her degree and working with a high-end cosmetic company in either New York or California.
Isabella’s experience so far here at SVSU has been great. Her best experience as a Public School Academy Scholar was her very first week of school during her freshman year. She loved the fact that she came in and instantly had an amazing support group that she could go to at any time, no matter the circumstances. Isabella’s best experience at SVSU as a whole was her first time stepping out onto the football field as a cheerleader, cheering on our Cardinals!
Isabella’s one piece of advice to future Cardinals is to go out and explore. Don’t be afraid to do something out of your comfort zone. Try something new!
