Designing for Learning Units
The following units were designed and created by teachers in the charters authorized by Saginaw Valley State University. These units were designed and developed by teachers trained in a modified version of Understanding by Design (UbD). UbD is a backward design approach to unit design. These units show the integrity and depth of planning required in Understanding by Design.
