Announcing the Dean of Students
Student or Academic Success Programming Incentive Awards!
$100 to be awarded each week to RSO's who develop and deliver programs in support of student success or academic success for members of their organization or the campus community, in general.
Initiatives can be created by the RSO or make use of a current SVSU resource. Examples include: Study sessions, speakers, career exploration activities, Peer Advisor workshop, Peer Health Educator program, writing workshops, library events, etc.
To be eligible RSO's must:
- Identify program goals
- Provide evidence of program outcomes/impact on success
- Obtain a letter of support from RSO Advisor
This is not a grant. The awarded funds can be used for any legitimate expense an RSO may have. This is an award of appreciation and recognition. RSO's must apply for the award. Funds will be awarded only to RSO's only through on-campus accounts. RSO's may receive the award multiple times, but must be for separate and unique program initiatives.
