Campus Recreation offers personalized training programs to all students.

Training packages include:
- Free Fitness Assessment
- Individual hour long sessions
- Pre and post fitness assessments
- Buddy Training available
Registration Process:
- Submit completed registration form to the Campus Recreation Office located within the Fitness Center.
- You will be contacted by Recreation staff to set up your first session and discuss training options.
- Pay registration fee AFTER you've been contacted at Cashiers office in Wickes Hall and bring receipt of payment to your first session.
Cancellation policy
Clients must give a 24 hour cancellation notice to the Campus Recreation office; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of a training session.
