Half cardio half strength, the first half of the class will get your heart pumping and burning calories then transition to a strength training section that will give your muscles a complete burn. This combo will give you everything you need to get in a complete workout in only 45 minutes.

How to Register?

Turn in Registration Form and payment to Cashiers Office.  Bring proof of payment or membership card to the first class.
