Aquacise

The physical properties of water provide an ideal environment for exercise.  Natural buoyancy reduces weight-bearing stress on the joints and muscles.  The water increases the toning effects and assists in strengthening muscles with greater balance and efficiency.  Turbulence, hydrostatic pressure, buoyancy, resistance and thermal conductivity all make water a unique environment to train.

How to Register?

Turn in Registration Form and payment to Cashiers Office.  Bring Proof of payment or membership card to the first class.
