Cardinal Fitness Programs
The Cardinal Fitness Programs are group fitness classes that are offered year round. If you’re looking to try something new or just to take a break from your routine work outs, these cardio/toning programs are the perfect option. We offer the following:

Registration Form and payments must be submitted at the Cashier's Office where upon receipt of payment you will receive a membership card. Membership cards must be shown at each Cardinal Fitness class. Call 989-964-7321 for more information.
