Knock Out Stress Series

Stressed out?! So are we! Come to our Knock Out Stress Series to participate in activities that will actually de-stress you. All of programs below are made to be quick, fun, and easy ways to de-stress throughout the semester. So, come join us!

 

WinD-DowN Wednesday on Feb 15 th at  4pm in the Rotunda

COME CATCH A GIGGLE! Quickly de-stress with PHE by having a good ol’ fashion laugh.  Fun, movement, giggles and much more!


TunE-DowN Tuesday on Feb 21 st at 4:30pm in a Wedge Lounge (near the TSAR)

DRAWING OUT STRESS: Come de-stress by acting like a kid again. We will  have coloring books and crayons for an instant stress reliever. 


ThroW-DowN Thursday on March 15 th at 4:30pm all around campus!  

FREE HUGS: Did you know that the average kindergarten gets 7 hugs and 14 laughs a day, but a  college student only gets about 2 hugs and 3 laughs a day?  So find us and get your quick laugh or hug from PHE!


TunE-DowN Tuesday on March 27 th at 5pm Alumni Lounge

Relax and learn progressive muscle relaxation.  Also to get some cool instant tips to instant Nirvana. 


ThroW-DowN Thursday on April 5 th at 4pm in the Rotunda

You scream, I scream, we all scream! Join PHE as we have a SCREAM FEST in the courtyard. All involved will be letting out a big scream to help us de-stress!
