Video Stream Setup

1) QuickTime 7, verify you have QuickTime 7 installed Click here to download the free player

2) Firewall, have you purchased a router/firewall to share internet access in your home? Consult your manual and check the settings to allow passing of RTP/RSTP packets. This setting is usually turned OFF by default. If you are using a computer at work, talk with your Network Administrator.

3) Test Your Setup, it is recommended you test your setup one or two days BEFORE the event.  Try the stream test: "The Promise for Tomorrow" If you can watch this video, your test is successful!

4) Try the Firefox Browser (free download) as an alternative to Internet Explorer or Safari.

Still having problems?
