Stream Setup
1) QuickTime 7, verify you have QuickTime 7 installed Click here to download the free player
2) Firewall, have you purchased a router/firewall to share internet access in your home? Consult your manual and check the settings to allow passing of RTP/RSTP packets. This setting is usually turned OFF by default. If you are using a computer at work, talk with your Network Administrator.
3) Test Your Setup, it is recommended you test your setup one or two days BEFORE the event. Click here to test the audio (56K) connection. If you can hear sound, you have been sucessful!
