Rising 10th – 12th grade students conduct research on the Saginaw Bay Watershed. Earn minimum wage (20-30 hours per week) and tuition for a 4-credit science class at SVSU.

WeCode at Saginaw Valley State University is a FREE one-day weekend boot camp for beginners who would like to explore basics of coding using Sphero Programming. Our main objective is to encourage everyone to try out programming and explore the possible opportunities in the field of Computer Science.
The WeCode will include...
• Hands-on activities to understand the programming concepts
• Learn the concept of loops, variables, conditionals, and functions that form the basis for all programming languages using Speros. This opens their ability to build a website, an app, or a robot.
