The Staff Relations/Human Resources organization is a customer service driven department which provides expert advice to management on human resource issues and continuously strives to enhance the University work environment. Through use of improvements and innovations in operational processes and strategic initiatives designed to assist and encourage increased employee performance and job satisfaction, the department will support the University's overall objectives while creating a work environment recognized as one of the best in the region.
