Our certification preparation course is designed primarily for individuals seeking SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
Certification is a great choice for HR professionals who want to:

Applicants must show that they have worked in an HR role for more than 1,000 hours within a calendar year, which equates to 1 year of experience.
HR experience may be in an HR exempt or nonexempt capacity.
Applicants with a graduate degree (or global equivalency) in HR must currently be employed in an HR role.
HR experience may be classified directly, as working in an HR role, or indirectly, by consulting, educating or researching HR practices linked specifically to human resource management.
SHRM membership is not required.

The SHRM Learning System program on demand online, self-paced. That means:
Once the course begins, you will have 17 weeks to complete the course. For each module in the course, you will have up to 2 weeks to complete.
Login from anywhere — work or home.
You can go as rapidly or as slowly as needed within the 17 week window. The course normally takes about 12 weeks.
Each week a new module will open and you will have 2 weeks to complete that module.
You can work for one hour and then log off and come back three days later and work for another hour or two.
You can pick up your class right where you left off when you return.
This program works best, if you login and work on the program at least 10 -15 hours per week. Do not skip weeks, the program works best when you are consistently covering the material.
The instructor will check with students to see how their studies are going or if you have any questions. Additionally, you can use the email tool to contact the instructor at any time. The instructor will respond within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation Policy: Within 24 hours of registration and you have not logged in to program yet, may receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee and if the books are un-opened the cost of shipping to return the unopened books to the vendor. If books are opened, your refund will be reduced for the cost of books, in addition to the cancellation fee. Once you are given access and you have signed in, you are not eligible for a refund.
