Weight Loss Challenge: January 16 - April 6, 2012 (Click Here)

The one-ton Weight Loss Challenge is a program designed to help SVSU students obtain a healthy and active lifestyle by providing incentives for losing weight and participation

It is a twelve week program where 3 person teams compete against one another to see who can lose a higher percentage of their team’s weight

All participants will have the opportunity to collect prizes and the teams that lose the most will have their rewards

Freshmen Wilderness Experience

The Freshman Wilderness Experience is a FREE weekend program for incoming freshman to better prepare themselves for the upcoming year. This overnight canoeing and camping trip will teach students many valuable outdoor skills and introduce them to the world of outdoor recreation
