The Cardinal Fitness Programs are group exercise classes that are offered year round. If you’re looking to try something new or just to take a break from your routine work outs, these cardio/toning programs are the perfect option.

- 6 week session: May 21-June 28
- "Sample Week"- May 14-17. Try any class for free during this week!
- Classes are $10.00 for the entire 6 weeks (only $1.50 per class)!
