Dr. Tom Keating

Dr. Tom Keating holds a B.A. in political science and an M.A. and a Ph.D. in education policy and politics. He is the author of U.S. Department of Education: Legislative History and Reference Book and The Missing Policies of the Georgia Dropout Crisis. Other works include several articles for The American School Board Journal, including "Democracy Up Close" and "Let Your School Board Be a Lesson." Tom and his wife, Lynn, have lived in Decatur, Georgia for 20 years.
