If your student has chosen to live on-campus, you will both want to become familiar with “Res” Life. Each of the residential communities is staffed with professionals and para-professionals who are concerned about your student’s success and residential satisfaction.

Res Life staff provides information and encouragement regarding ways your student can get involved and take advantage of special residential programs and leadership development. Issues related to roommate concerns, health and safety issues, and residential student services are also addressed through the Res Life staff.

This program for first year, on-campus residents, offers workshops throughout each semester and “F.Y.R.E. - side chats” with faculty to help your student learn about majors, learn to navigate the academic system, develop sharper study skills, and meet other first-year residential students.
