Numerous meal plans are available for residential and commuter students. Meal plans consist of a combination of all-you-can-eat meals and/or dining dollars. Dining dollars are accepted at all of the on-campus dining venues, including the “C Store” (convenience store). All purchases from an established meal plan are sales tax exempt.

If your student has chosen to live on-campus, you will both want to become familiar with “Res” Life. Each of the residential communities is staffed with professionals and para-professionals who are concerned about your student’s success and residential satisfaction.

Res Life staff provides information and encouragement regarding ways your student can get involved and take advantage of special residential programs and leadership development. Issues related to roommate concerns, health and safety issues, and residential student services are also addressed through the Res Life staff.

Research indicates that the more students are involved and have a sense of belonging, the more likely they will stay in college.

This program for first year, on-campus residents, offers workshops throughout each semester and “F.Y.R.E. - side chats” with faculty to help your student learn about majors, learn to navigate the academic system, develop sharper study skills, and meet other first-year residential students.
