20	Blackboard has not assisted me at all. It made my grade worse because I did not have much time to get on.
21	It gave me the chance to download my notes so that I would have them for class.
22	Whenever U needed a worksheet or other class documents I could always log one to Blackboard and get in any time day or night. It helped me prepare for quizzes and fine online materials.
23	It helped get feedback from peers about our assignments through the group discussion/forum.

26	I never had to worry about loosing an assignment sheet because all I had to do was log into Blackboard and get it there.
27	With Blackboard I could easily email those in class with any questions that I had. We could also easily post any writing we did. We could look up what the announcements or descriptions of the assignments were.
28	Blackboard helped my writing abilities when comparing to other students. It helped me become a more confident writer.

30	It helped me to communicate with the other students in my class. We were able to post all of our essays online so all I had to do was post my essay and the rest of the class would tell me what they thought.
31	Blackboard helped me to complete assignments that I had questions on but I could not contact my professor. I used it to find out when things were due and to communicate with classmates.
32	In our English class we used Blackboard for almost everything. We had the papers we had written on Blackboard had class assignments to name a few.
33	I didn't really 'learn' anything that will help me out in life. The only reason I was on Blackboard was because we had to be. I would have rather had class off Blackboard because it was an inconvenience for me.
35	Blackboard gave me a base program. It was nice to always have something to look at if I needed it.
36	It helped in that there was not a lot of papers to carry --you could log on and get your information. It was always up to date so we could get assignments whenever needed.
37	I don't know if it really helped at all but I think it might of by allowing us to look up our assignments when we were not in class.
38	If I forgot an assignment I could always go to class assignments. Plus if I did not know what to write about something then I would go to Discussion board and see what others wrote about.
39	My group members and I shared our ideas on our own topic papers and we also came together as group and helped each other on our papers.
40	I tend to learn and remember more when I work on the computer so it helped me learn more on the B.
41	I think Blackboard is great. My undergrad degree is from Baker College and I took a lot of online classes, which are provided by B. I loved the classes online and love B. Maybe soon SVSU will offer courses.

81	Besides discussion in class we could discuss on the computer and be linked in that way. I used the course documents/assignments to check out and print our assignments. I used this the most.
82	There was nothing in this class that I thought Blackboard did for me. To me if was more of a hassle than anything at all. Blackboard made me hesitate to get my work done at times because it was very time consuming.
83	It was great to have access to external links for this course. It was also nice to have the announcements on there to keep students to date on projects--papers and generally what was due in class.
85	Being able to connect to external links as well as receive announcements through Blackboard was very helpful.
86	I liked the fact that all information was accessible 24 hours a day. Also that all email were included so none had to be memorized. I thought it made the class easier and more organized. I hope I have more classes with it.

27	No I just thought that it was weird how he had us send each other messages using Blackboard when we were sitting right next to that person.

31	Not being able to get connected to SVSU was definitely a drawback.
32	There were really no drawbacks I really liked this program and found it very easy to use.
33	Nothing was really difficult. I just understood why our teacher made us post our essay on it so everyone else could read them.

35	Sometimes if an explanation of an assignment was confusing you couldn't just ask questions to the computer.

39	Some drawbacks are that it does not have instant messenger. The Blackboard service should come up with an instant message program so students can talk over the computer to each other about projects and ideas rather than relying on email.

71	Knowing for sure the digital drop box had in fact submitted my paper--but only the 1st and 2nd times I used it was comfortable with it after that.
72	It was difficult to use the digital drop box. I never completely mastered it, which hindered my grade in class because I could not use it to turn in assignments. Many students in my class had such trouble.

75	I was not always sure where to go for thing. Sometimes I had to go to a few links to find what I needed.
77	I would have liked access to an area that the instructor could not see. This can make discussion more interesting. The digital drop box was at times hard to use.

79	I think there should be a handout that comes with Blackboard explaining everything it has to offer and a step-by-step guide to each feature.
80	Re-reading discussion threads--it was difficult to move to previous comments but moving forward to comments ahead was easier.
81	I did not use Blackboard as much as I could or should have but I had some trouble figuring out how to take my papers and out them in the digital drop box.
82	For the most part the digital drop box was more difficult for me. The instructors were not well understood and when I asked for help I receive little. This course took more outside time than that of which was already required. It was a hassle and quite frankly a waste of time that I have a little of.
83	Sometimes off campus I would have trouble logging on. Not all the time just on a few occasions. This problem may have been with my cable hook up. I'm not sure. I would have to log on and off 3-4 times to finally get on a good connection where I could access everything on Blackboard.
84	When the professor doesn't keep it updated. My sister attends SVSU and she had the opportunity to check her grades. Last year it was hard to know where you stand in class for some reason you needed a good reason to know your grades like for sports--etc. Otherwise you did not know. I checked my grade a few times and a few of my grades have been posted but not all. I know that you cannot control this. But it is helpful when the teacher updated and posts the grades otherwise. I really would not use it. But I think that the ability to see your grade is great. If only all professors listed the grades for you.
85	At first figuring out how to use the digital drop box was somewhat a confusing for me. I don't have that much experience with computers. Once I figured it out it was easy.
86	Once my paper was bounced back and did not reach my instructor the connection was lost or something. But it was when all computers were worked on.
