PROCEDURE FOLLOWING STUDENT DEATH

When any University office is informed of the death of a student, they are to notify the Office of the Vice President for Student Services and Enrollment Management who will coordinate procedures to be taken and contact the following departments:

Special Attention

In the event of the death of a student, each of the above named offices will be expected to carry out the following specific responsibilities:
