Policy

Contacts with legal counsel may be made:

  1. By members of the President's Staff; and
  2. By other staff upon approval by the President's Staff member in charge of their area.

University legal issues are to be referred to these designated legal counsels:

  • General Counsel

    Currie Kendall, P.L.C.
    All matters not specified below.

  • Special Counsel

    Braun Kendrick Finkbeiner, P.L.C.
    Personnel-related matters.
    Parking ordinances and police-related matters.
    Student judicial code and selected other student-related matters.
    Freedom of Information matters.
