Maintenance Requests

For emergency maintenance concerns, call #4080 during business hours.  After hours contact your R.A. (they will notify the R.D. who will determine if there is a need to contact maintenance or custodial staff).  Emergency maintenance examples include no heat, no electricity, no hot water, leaking water pipes.

For routine maintenance requests,  you can fill out an on-line order to request repairs.  Simply click on the link below to be directed to the campus maintenance system.  You will receive a confirmation and status reports until your request has been completed.   You may also use this area to request an exterminator for ants, mice, bees, etc.
