Summer Art Camps 2009

The Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum is offering six summer art camps for children.  The dates for the classes are as follows:

Class 1:  June 8 to 12 and 15 to 19, 9 a.m. to noon, ages 8 to 10.

Class 2: June 8 to 12 and 15 to 19, 1 to 4 p.m., ages 11 to 13.

Class 3:  Monday to Friday, July 6-10 and 13-17 from 9 a.m. to noon for ages 8-10
Class 4:  Monday to Friday, July 6-10 and 13-17 from 1 to 4 p.m. for ages 11-13

Class 5:  Monday to Friday, August 3-7 and 10-14 from 9 a.m. to noon for ages 8-10
Class 6:  Monday to Friday, August 3-7 and 10-14 from 1 to 4 p.m. for ages 11-13

Each class will have a limit of 12 students.  The cost is $170 per child.  A few scholarships, provided by a resource grant from the SVSU Foundation, are available for students who have a demonstrated financial need. Call the museum at (989) 964-7096 for more information
