The Mission of the MFSM
The mission of the Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum is to celebrate the artistic legacy of Marshall M. Fredericks through collecting, preserving, presenting, and interpreting his life's work; to foster the appreciation of artistic expression of Marshall Fredericks and other artists for the educational and cultural enrichment of the community; and in so doing support the mission of Saginaw Valley State University.

Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 are University holidays and the Museum will be closed. The Museum will be open on Saturday, November 29, 12 noon to 5:00 p.m.2009 Summer Art Camps information can be viewed on the Upcoming Events page!
Visit the Museum gift shop which is filled with wonderful pottery, jewelry, books, wood art objects, and children's items online or in the Museum.
