Multimedia As An Instructional Tool Workshop

The "Multimedia as an Instructional Tool Workshop" is supported in part by the Mathematics and Science Center grant awarded by the Michigan Department of Education (State School Aid Act) and by the SVSU Partnership Grant for Improving Teacher Quality award by the U.S. Department of Education (Title II funds)

The workshop participants used the Multimedia Authoring tools, HyperStudio and PowerPoint to create multi-media lessons or units in science and mathematics. The lessons/units that were developed were aligned to the Michigan Curriculum Framework. Participants developed skills using Multimedia hardware such as scanners, digital cameras, etc. and using the Internet to access multimedia resources.
