Purpose
The MATH RESOURCE CENTER exists to help students at SVSU with succeed in their mathematics courses. We provide services to students free of charge. The center provides tutoring support for MATH 081 - MATH 261, special workshops, referrals to other services, and math placement testing services. We will do our best to address individual or group needs. Special effort and attention is provided to those making the transition to college and academic life.
How and When to Find Us
The MATH RESOURCE CENTER is located in Science East Room 106. We are on the first floor, near the North entrance, between the computer lab and Starbucks. You can contact us by phone or email:

*On Wed Nov 26 tutoring hours are 10AM to 2PM, business hours 9AM to 2PM. The Math Resource Center will be closed for Thanksgiving Recess Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28. The Center will be open for the usual tutoring hours on Sunday November 30.
**The Math Resource Center will be closed from December 13 to January 4, and will reopen for business hours on January 5, 2009. Tutoring for the Winter 2009 Semester will begin on January 12, 2009.
