Sex Offender Registration

Pursuant to the Michigan Sex Offenders Registration Act 295 of 1994, sex offenders who are SVSU students enrolled on a full- or part-time basis for 30 or more total days in a calendar year are required to register their current local address (on or off campus) through their local police department..
