General Assistance
In-Library Assistance
- Help with research: go to the 1st floor Reference Desk
- Help with software (e.g., printing PowerPoint slides, creating documents in Microsoft software, etc.): go to the 2nd floor Software Technology Center
- Help locating a book in the shelves
- Go to the 1st floor Circulation Desk or
- On the 3rd and 4th floors use the telephone by the stairs/elevator to call for help at the Circulation Desk
- Help finding an article in microfilm or paper format: go to the 2nd floor Periodicals Help Desk
- Help with writing assignments, citation format, etc. : go to 3rd floor Writing Center
