Class Roster Selection

Allows faculty to view a list of the courses assigned to them for all terms currently available for viewing or for a selected term, including course name, title, building, room, meeting times, days of week, and capacities. The faculty can then select a particular course to view a list of students registered for the course. Information displayed for a course includes, course name, course title, instructor(s), meeting information, capacities, student: name, ID number, email address, phone number, class standing, academic level, course status, pass/audit status, course credits, and cross listed section information. Once the course roster is displayed, the faculty can then choose to view a student's personal and academic profile. This profile includes the student's email address, phone numbers, address, academic program, academic level, degree, major, and minor.  From the roster screen faculty can send an email to certain students or all students on the roster.  Faculty can also email a student from the student's profile screen.

Information displayed for each course includes course name, title, meeting days & times, building, room and start/end dates. Once the class schedule is displayed, the faculty can then choose to view additional class information for a course, including a description, credits, and prerequisites.

Allows potential/current students and faculty to search the course schedule for a selected term.
Information displayed for each course includes course name, title, meeting location & times, instructor(s), status, current seating availability, credits, academic level, term and special instructions, including prerequisites. Searches can be performed based on a single department, individual courses and sections, meeting times, locations and academic level.  There is also a "Textbooks & Materials" button that can be clicked to view textbook and other materials required for a course and if desired, purchase online.

Course Schedule Maintenance

Allows department chairs to prepare course schedules for future semesters (and submit to the office of Academic Affairs) by adding, removing or modifying the schedule used for previous semesters.  Deans have the option of reviewing, inquiry only, the updated schedules.
