Colleague is available the following times:

Daily 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Informer is available the following days/times:

Monday - Thursday 3:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday 3:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Sunday 1:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Scheduling of unattended reports should be within the following days/times:

Monday - Thursday 3:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Friday & Saturday 3:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

 

Note:

It is very important that you log out of Colleague/Datatel at the end of the day.  The Operations staff runs processes at night that require all users to be logged off.  If you need access beyond the posted times, please call Mary Aumann, or after 4:30 p.m., call David Bechard, to discuss availablity.  Please note, if you leave your connection inactive for one hour, you will be automatically logged out.  Also, note that the system tape backup is performed at 12:30a.m. everyday.  To ensure a "good" backup, no one is allowed access during the backup time.
