Our Audio-Video (AV) production facilities allow you to take advantage of some of the most state-of-the-art production technology available to produce and distribute video products.  Please contact Dan Goodell, Classroom Technology/Video Production Specialist, dkgoodel@svsu.edu, 989-964-7470, to learn more about video and audio production at SVSU.

** Planning a training tape or other production can require a substantial time commitment. ITC staff recommends setting up an appointment to discuss your ideas before committing to a project.

Possiblities include:

  • Prepare training tapes
  • Tape lectures to show in a classroom
  • Tape student assignments for later critiques
  • Tape simulated situations for classroom projects
  • Tape student speeches
  • Prepare video productions for class projects

  • 3 Panasonic F-260 Studio Cameras
  • 1 Panasonic WJ-MX50A Switcher
  • A/B Roll Editing of Super VHS and Beta Cam SP
  • Apple FinalCut Pro

Field production cameras include:

  • 1 Panasonic SVHS Supercam
  • 1 Panasonic DVC Pro Camera
  • 4 portable lighting kits
  • Wireless audio
