Print screen directly to the printer
To print directly to the printer, right click on the Printkey icon in the lower right hand corner, and check ‘Direct Print (no dialog)’. If you do not do this, you will get a dialog box, from which you can print or save the printscreen.
Select a particular area of the screen to print
You must have 'Direct Print (no dialog)' unchecked. To uncheck it right click on the Printkey icon in the lower right hand corner, and check ‘Direct Print (no dialog)’.
Press the 'Print Scrn' button on your keyboard. You will be taken to a dialog box. Click on the rectangle icon at the top. You will be taken back to your screen, and your cursor will be a +. Select the area you want to print by clicking and dragging the box around the area you want to print. Once you are taken back to the dialog box, click print.
Save your print screen to a file
You must have 'Direct Print (no dialog)' unchecked. To uncheck it right click on the Printkey icon in the lower right hand corner, and check ‘Direct Print (no dialog)’.
Press the 'Print Scrn' button on your keyboard. You will be taken to a dialog box. Click on the 'Save' button at the top of your screen. Choose the directory on your PC that you want the print screen saved to.
