Account summary by term

Allows students to view a summary of their account information by term, including tuition & fees, housing, payment plans, miscellaneous charges, pending financial aid amounts, payments and balance. The student may also select a term to view more detailed account information.

Alternate First Name Change

Allows employess to set an alternate first name that will be reflected in SVSU's email system and online directory in place of their formal first name.

Bookstore Advance Opt-in for Loan Students

Allows students with Loans to opt to have up to $400 of their Loan balance available for use in the Bookstore for the current term via their Access SVSU card.

Class roster

Allows faculty to view a list of the courses assigned to them for a selected term, including course name, title, building, room, meeting times, days of week, and capacities. The faculty can then select a particular course to view a list of students registered for the course. Information displayed for a course includes, course name, course title, instructor(s), student: name, ID number, email address, class standing, course status, pass/audit status and course credits. Once the course roster is displayed, the faculty can then choose to view a student's personal and academic profile. This profile includes the student's phone numbers, address, academic program, academic level, degree, major, and minor.

Class Schedule

Allows faculty to view a list of the courses they are assigned to teach for a selected term. Information displayed for each course includes course name, title, meeting days & times, building, room and start/end dates. Once the class schedule is displayed, the faculty can then choose to view additional class information for a course, including a description, credits, and prerequisites.

Course Schedule Lookup

Allows potential/current students and faculty to search the course schedule for a selected term.
Information displayed for each course includes course name, title, meeting location & times, instructor(s), status, current seating availability, credits, academic level, term and special instructions, including prerequisites. Searches can be performed based on a single department, individual courses and sections, meeting times, locations and academic level.

Course Schedule Maintenance

Allows department chairs to prepare course schedules for future semesters (and submit to the office of Academic Affairs) by adding, removing or modifying the schedule used for previous semesters.  Deans have the option of reviewing, inquiry only, the updated schedules.

Electronic Time Card

Allows student employees to enter their time card information and allows supervisors to review and approve the information prior to payroll processing.

Allows students to view their financial aid award letter for a selected year.

Grade Point Average by Term

Allows students to select a term and view their term grade point average (including term credits earned and term grade points) and the courses making up the term grade point average. Information displayed for each course includes course, section, title, grade and credits.
