Weekday Access:

Monday through Thursday 5:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Friday 5:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Weekend Access:

For weekend access, please call Mary Aumann, as far in advance as possible. Weekend access is restricted and may require the approval of your supervisor.  If you are granted weekend access, the system is available the following times only:

Saturday Noon - 8:00 p.m.
Sunday 5:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Note:

It is very important that you log out of Colleague/Datatel at the end of the day.  The Operations staff runs processes at night that require all users to be logged off.  If you need access beyond the posted times, please call Mary Aumann, or after 4:30 p.m., call David Bechard, to discuss availablity.  Please note, if you leave your connection inactive for one hour, you will be automatically logged out.  Also, note that the system tape backup is performed at 11:30p.m. everyday.  To ensure a "good" backup, no one is allowed access during the backup time.
