| VSpace | VSpace is a set of software tools designed to help instructors, researchers, and students create online work spaces for collaboration. Login at: vspace.svsu.edu |
| Novell Netware & Netstorage (M:) | Provides network access in the MicroLabs and offices. Employees and students have personal storage space (100mb) on the network (backed up nightly), commonly referred to as your M: drive. Access to files via the web is available. | Web Publishing | Faculty, staff, and students have 20mb worth of personal web publishing space |
| GroupWise | Novell's GroupWise is the SVSU standard email client for staff, faculty (including adjunct faculty), and retirees (WebAccess). Login at: gw.svsu.edu |
| Colleague | Administrative and student records system. Access is restricted to authorized employees. |
| CSIS System | System for those needing access for Computer Science courses. Login at: csis.svsu.edu (requires an ssh client - download putty.exe) |

All systems will have the same username or ID (which can be looked up by going to this web page: www.svsu.edu/lookup ). Accounts are maintained as long as the conditions listed in the Account Policies are adhered to, and there are no violations of the University Acceptable Use Policy.
