DRAFT PVX Usage

Guidelines

Until formal adoption of PVX usage guidelines the following will serve as the policy:

1.  A Bridged Video session or Class can have a maximum of 7 remote sites.  If PVX installations are introduced to the session, they will count as as session and part of the maximum.  Note only experienced instructors should have more than 4 remote site.
   
   
2. The PVX user is responsible, at their own expense, to ensure they have:
   1. a high speed Internet connection where they will be using the PVX
   2. a current micro computer (purchased in the last 3 -4 years)
      
   3. purchased a PVX license
   4. a compatible web cam
   5. a compatible head set with microphone and earphones
   6. a current router capable of managing port settings for PVX video and audio
