For example, an adjunct teaching in Fall 2001, would lose privileges in mid-September of Fall 2002 if they have not been assigned to a course since Fall 2001. Adjuncts who last taught in spring/summer would normally be eligible to lose privileges in the next spring/summer. However, since the "clean up" is only done in the Fall and Winter terms, adjuncts that would lose privileges in the spring/summer will actually lose their privileges the following mid-September.


[1] On the day an employee terminates, the University may immediately revoke all Technology Access if the University feels there is a significant security risk.
