Operations/Colleague
ITS Operations provides support for users of Datatel's Colleague software on the Administrative Information System (AIS). This includes user access, login issues using Datatel's User Interface (UI) software, program running, report printing/pickup, remote printing issues and more. Operations also performs exam and faculty evaluation scanning.
Department Responsibilities:
- Colleague support for user access/logins, User Interface (UI) and the Query Builder reporting tool
- Running of Colleague programs and printing reports as needed
- Exam and faculty evaluation scanning
- System tape backups
