Responsibility for SVSU's website design and content is distributed among several divisions and colleges. Through the use of a content management system (CMS), content responsibility is distributed throughout the University.
Web Programming is responsible for the SVSU website software infrastructure, CMS, and various specialized systems running on the SVSU website. Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of University-level web pages. Design, develop, maintain and deploy the University templates, stylesheets, and navigation. Design and develop websites as requested by University Departments. Facilitate user development of departmental and individual web pages via CMS. Lead ongoing revisions of web development standards and best practices.
