Support Center

The Support Center provides full-time help desk and technical support for all University-owned computer hardware and software throughout the life-cycle of their computer equipment. They provide hardware and software technical support for faculty, staff, and lab computer systems. The Support Center also helps with the ordering, installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrades. They also support the campus ResNet and wireless users.
