All classrooms will be checked at least two times per month. A campus-wide check of all rooms will occur the week prior to the start of the Fall and Winter semesters. Even though comprehensive checks are performed on a regular basis, problems may arise between these periods. Instructors are encouraged to promptly report any room malfunctions using the troubleshooting phone located in the classroom.

- Projector
- Projection screen
- DVD/VHS players
- Laptop connections
- Document camera
- Podium PC, keyboard, mouse, and monitor
- Wireless mouse/presenter
- Network access
- Audio output
- Battery backup unit
- Troubleshooting phone
Rooms are also cleaned twice per calendar year, once during the Spring and Summer semesters and once during Winter Break. This includes taking the projector down from the ceiling and cleaning the filters, vacuuming the podium, and wiping down the surfaces.
