Step 2: Complete Benefit Forms (If Applicable)

PART-TIME EMPLOYEES
20 HOURS/WEEK & ELIGIBLE FOR PRO-RATED BENEFITS

Benefits will begin the 1st of the month after hire date.

To review the various benefits offered, select the Part-Time Employee Benefits link.

All benefits will be reviewed during your New Employee Orientation Meeting.  New employees should contact Jeanette O’Boyle, Benefits Manager at (989) 964-7100 or email jkoboyle@svsu.edu to schedule an appointment to review the required payroll and Human Resource forms and documents.

New employees enrolling in benefits are reminded of the necessary information for completion of the following:

  • Beneficiary information must include name, address, Social Security numbers(s) and dates(s) of birth.
