20 HOURS/WEEK OR LESS

Full and Part-time employees may opt to participate in a supplemental retirement plan.  If enrolled, benefits will begin the 1st of the month after hire date.

New employees enrolling in benefits are reminded of the necessary information for completion of the following:

  • Beneficiary information must include name, address, Social Security numbers(s) and dates(s) of birth.
