Track Your Exercise!

Whether you are by yourself or with friends keep a record of your activity. Any way you do it, it's a great way to get healthy, reduce stress and earn points! Before you get started, be sure to get in to see your doctor for your annual visit exercise_in_ryder

Check out these on-campus ideas at the Ryder fitness center which is a
FREE benefit to all employees:

  • Check out our Fitness Center and hop on a treadmill, bike, rower or elliptical.
  • Swim some laps in our Olympic sized pool.
  • Walk around our indoor track.
  • Play a little racquetball with friends.
  • Join the Valley Aquatics program.
  • Sign up for an intramural sport or fitness class.

Remember, you get 5 Healthy U Wellness points for every 30 minutes of physical activity recorded in your exercise log!
