Weight Watchers Points Plus Program.
The weight loss for Fall 2011 was more than 220 pounds!
The 2012 Winter Weight Watcher Program will be on all new 20-week program. Points Plus is a weight loss program developed by the experts at Weight Watchers (WW). It combines the latest nutritional science with the proven WW point system approach. The new Points Plus Program helps you make eating smarter and moving more second nature by giving you a budget to help you get in control of your weight. The currency is Points Plus values.
Registration will take place on January 12, 2012, and the program will run from January 19th through June 7, 2012.
Earn 5 Healthy U Wellness points for attending half hour weekly meetings each Thursday at noon in Curtiss Hall room 227.
The Winter 2012 program is led by Barb Garrison and the $189.00 registration fee will be refunded if the following criteria are met:
- Attend 3 out of 4 Lunch & Learn workshops;
- Attend 16 out of 20 weekly Weight Watchers meetings;
- Earn a minimum of 300 exercise points during the 20 week Winter 2012 Weight Watchers program.
