Track Your Exercise!
Whether you are by yourself or with friends keep a record of your activity. Any way you do it, it's a great way to get healthy, reduce stress and earn points! Before you get started, be sure to get in to see your doctor for your annual visit.
Check out these on-campus ideas at the Ryder fitness center which is a FREE benefit to all employees:
- Check out our Fitness Center and hop on a treadmill, bike, rower or elliptical.
- Swim some laps in our Olympic sized pool.
- Walk around our indoor track.
- Play a little racquetball with friends.
- Join the Valley Aquatics program.
- Sign up for an intramural sport or fitness class.
Remember, you get 5 Healthy U Wellness points for every 30 minutes of physical activity recorded in your exercise log!
