Lunch & Learns
Healthy U is about learning all sorts of ways to improve your health and have a better quality of life. "Healthy" means different things to different people. For some, it's losing weight while for others, it's reducing stress. Some want to be strong and more fit, and others just want to make sure they're around to enjoy their kids and grandkids.
10 Healthy U Wellness points are earned for attendance at each monthly "Lunch and Learn" workshops offered throughout the year. Healthy snacks and refreshments are provided free of charge! Locations will be announced to all registrants prior to the scheduled date.

Menu: Tuna salad with fresh veggies for dipping, 100 calorie pack snack, and bottled water.

Menu: Turkey slider on Artisan whole wheat, apple wedges with peanut butter, and bottled water.
