Physical Wellness
Incorporating exercise and proper nutrition is very important while attending college. The habits that you start in college can follow you on to adulthood. This is also a time when students have a lot of FREE amenities and resources right at their fingertips!
Based on our ACHA data, the majority (91.7%) of SVSU students said that they eat at least a serving or more of fruits and vegetables daily. Another awesome finding is that the majority (75%) of SVSU students said that they get at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio or aerobic exercise during the week.
