Many registered nurses choose to progress more directly and rapidly to an advanced nursing practice role. The RN to MSN program provides the opportunity to be admitted to the MSN program without a BSN degree. Completion of some undergraduate courses is required prior to admission to the RN to MSN Program.
Registered Nurse (RN) to Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is completed in two steps.
Gain undergraduate admission to SVSU for the RN to BSN program. (Completion of selected requirements from BSN Program)
Apply to the Office of Graduate Admissions for admission to the MSN program after completion of the following courses, and when other University requirements are met.
