Dr. Dorne is responsible for marketing the SVSU graduate programs and graduate student enrollment management, including general oversight of the Office of Graduate Admissions. He works closely with many individuals including the Deans, Graduate Coordinators, University Communications, International Programs, and others to implement graduate student recruitment initiatives. He also chairs the Graduate Curriculum Committee, serves as the Project Coordinator for the SVSU Crisis Management Intervention Center, and assists in the operation of the Office of Academic Affairs. Dr. Dorne serves on the President's Staff and on the Council of Deans and Directors.

Laine supports the Office of Graduate Admissions through the marketing, recruitment and development of SVSU graduate programs. She participates in graduate school fairs and other recruitment efforts. Dorothy supports the Macomb and Oakland Regional Education Centers through recruitment and marketing of the graduate, post-graduate and teacher certification programs. Dorothy assists K-12 educators and administrators interested in completing additional endorsements, graduate or post-masters programs. She participates in graduate school fairs, K-12 events and other recruitment efforts.
